  • Execute the necessary documents and ensures their timely processing:
  • Order slip, Purchase Requisition, Purchase Order, Delivery Receipt etc. including the right suppliers
  • Negotiating prices
  • Ensuring the products are delivered on time
  • Pitching ideas to senior management
  • Stock control
  • Budgeting
  • Reacting to any changes in management demand
  • Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers while seeking new ones
  • Attending trade events
  • Getting feedback from customers
  • Provide atleast 3 quotations for each item to buy.
  • Familiar with material specs, sizes, quality and prices locally & abroad.
